It’s that time again, Circle of Excellence for 2021! These forms will need to be turned in March 1st by the end of the day. Please give yourself sufficient time to get everything in.
Any property you Sold/participated in 2020 can be used in calculations for COE. This includes For Sale By Owners. We are NO LONGER requiring the closing disclosures for Circle of Excellence due to client privacy issues.
If there is anything else you or you have any questions, please call and we will be happy to assist. We are hoping to see a lot of participation this year and look forward to a wonderful awards banquet on April 29th, 6PM at Cateechee Golf Club. More information to follow:
You will be receiving the “other” REALTOR award nominations by Survey monkey this week. Please keep a check on your email for more information.
Please see attached forms and information sheet regarding Circle of Excellence. The best way to submit these forms is through our dropbox.
If you prefer to mail please mail to PO Box 970, Hartwell, GA 30643. Please make sure you mail in plenty of time so that forms will be received by March 1st. Recently we have had mail that hasn’t made it to our PO Box. We prefer the dropbox method but if you would like to drop at a certain location , please let me know and I will give you an address.

Load Circle of Excellence documents in a folder for each nominee Ex. Agent Smith). The add those folders to one company folder (Ex ABC Realty) then share the company folder with gaupstatelakes@gmail.com
